Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku Premier Tokyo

We loved staying at this place! It’s located around office buildings and major tourist spots, but still manages to be quiet and peaceful. They offer excellent services such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and great room amenities like heating, air conditioning. The rooms are soundproofed, so we never had to worry about noise from outside. We also enjoyed the dining restaurant and bar/ lounge area, which offer fantastic food and drink options.

The hotel rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and the two on-site restaurants and convenience store were extremely helpful. the central location, just a short distance from the metro and Chuo Park, made it easy to explore the city.

The mattress was quite firm, which may not be to everyone's liking. the room size was on the smaller side, typical for Tokyo, and the breakfast was quite expensive.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, especially on check-in when they were great with the kids. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the spotlessly clean bathroom, which had a separate tub for soaking. The robe provided was the most comfortable we've used. The 7-11 convenience store in the basement was very handy for a quick snack. Being quite close to the metro station, it was easy to travel to Shibuya or Shinjuku areas. Transportation to the hotel was straightforward, either to a taxi stand or by walking.

We loved the spacious and fresh-looking bathroom, the close vicinity to the metro station, and the convenience store downstairs. The double bed was high quality and perfect for two people.

I had the best customer service experience ever, with the staff addressing my complaint professionally and offering a grand apology along with a lovely gift basket. The receptionist, Vickneshwaran, was incredibly attentive, even knowing our names before we introduced ourselves. The room design was compact yet clean, and the hotel had a convenient 7-Eleven store downstairs. The location was ideal, only a 10-15 minute walk from a major MRT station and a popular shopping mall. Additionally, the efficient check-in and check-out processes made the stay even more enjoyable.

I loved the modern feel of the hotel. The bathroom was gorgeous with a rain-shower type shower head. The location is great and the convenience of having a 7 eleven downstairs was a plus. I highly recommend Daiwa Roynet Hotel.
